Discovery

When governance, leadership, or reporting feel unclear, inconsistent, or overdue a fresh look. Or when things aren't quite working, and the reasons aren't quite clear.

Like in how decisions get made, how your board operates, or how information flows through the organisation. But it's hard to name exactly what, and harder still to know where to start.

 

I carry out an independent review of how your organisation actually works, not just how the documents say it does, and give you a clear, prioritised plan to address what we find.

Strategy

Big questions about direction, purpose, or priorities that keep coming back to the table without ever quite getting resolved.

 

There's ambition in the room, but no shared plan to deliver it. A strategy that exists on paper but doesn't quite drive what happens day to day.

 

I work with your board and leadership to define where you're going and build a plan that everyone can see, own, and act on, shaped around your organisation, not lifted from a template.

Improvement

Plans, frameworks, and governance documents that are missing, out of date, or no longer quite fit.

 

You find that reporting takes time to produce but doesn't support the decisions that matter. Good work that isn't being captured or told as well as it deserves.
